We are back in Kanab for the week. We've been taking care of some maintenance issues such as tire rotations, laundry, shopping, and other minor issues. Wednesday we will return to Big Water for the first time in 6 years to see our old neighbors again. They will be shocked to see Maile still around!
Last week, while I attended online meetings, Linda took Hilina to Escalante Petrified Forest State Park. This park, just outside of town, is full of petrified trees and dinosaur bones. Hilina hiked the entire route, up hill, to the amazement of the other visitors.
